The 2016 Aldina Vineyards gorgeous magenta hue has intensifying aromatics of pomegranate, dark cherry, anise and all spice. This vintage strikes your palate with silky soft, yet lush flavors of sweet oak spices intertwined with caramel, toasty vanilla, tart cherries and dark fruits.
The 2015 Aldina Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon reflects the estate’s red volcanic soil to reveal a deep red garnet hue with aromas of floral elements, dry sage, dark fruit and mulling spices. This wine has a long rich finish with complex flavors of blackberry, toasty spice, and red fruit.
Our 2014 vintage showcases the small, concentrated berries from the red volcanic soils of our estate mountaintop vineyard and has a youthful energy with spicy layers of chocolate, plum and red fruit.
