Join Aldina Vineyards for an unforgettable evening celebrating the flavors of the Afro-Latino diaspora with an intimate, multi-course dinner inspired by Caribbean Cocktails: Drinks & Bites from the Afro-Latino Diaspora by Chef Nelson German and James Beard Award-winning writer Andréa Lawson Gray.
The thoughtfully curated menu highlights the vibrant ingredients and traditions of Caribbean cuisine, featuring seasonal produce from Little Saint Farm and expertly paired with Aldina Vineyards wines. Dine under the stars while enjoying a one-of-a-kind culinary experience in the heart of Sonoma wine country.
