PREMO Club Presents: "Caribbean Cocktails" Book Release + Author Talk + Dinner

Join us in the heart of Sonoma wine country to celebrate Caribbean Cocktails: Drinks & Bites from the Afro-Latino Diaspora (Ten Speed Press), by chef Nelson German and James Beard Award–winning writer Andréa Lawson Gray.
The afternoon opens with a wine-and-cheese reception featuring canapés and bites from the book. The authors will be joined by LJ Maingard of Little Saint Farm for a conversation on how herbs, spices, and aromatic plants connect the Caribbean, Africa, and California through migration and cultivation. As evening falls, an intimate multi-course tasting dinner built around Little Saint Farm's seasonal produce and paired with Aldina Vineyards wines closes the night with dessert under the stars.
Net proceeds benefit Sprouts Chef Training, a Bay Area 501(c)(3) helping under-resourced youth build culinary careers through training, mentorship, and job placement.
